About Leonard "Lenny" Leone, Broker/Owner

 I have been a resident of Hudson, NH for 13 years, married to a beautiful woman who supports me in everything I do. My background is in heavy construction and home construction, apartments buildings, land development, condominium conversion and 1031 Exchanges. I am a 4-year veteran of the United States Coast Guard. My father-in-law was a Lowell, MA police officer killed in the line of duty. I am proud to support all law enforcement men and women, all branches of military and veterans.
In 2004, I started Pristine Homes Realty, a real estate brokerage, because I enjoy helping people reach their goals in real estate! I am licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire and I work with buyers and sellers of residential, commercial, land and luxury/affordable rental properties.
In the past seven years, our office has assisted many FBI employees — both agents and support employees — law enforcement officers and military personnel, initially with the purchase of their home and later in the sale of their property due to relocation — our office has been approved in the Federal Relocation Program.
